I have moved!

Even though it's been 3 days since April 1, I've been thinking of her since.  It makes me rejoice to know that she is with our Father in the most glorious and wonderful place called Heaven.  She is pain free and safe in our Father's arms.  I imagine that she is singing with the angels of the glory of the Lord.  I imagine she walks with our Lord and she knows and understands things that we on earth do not.  She would have been 23 years old.  Beautiful at age 15 she left imprinted on pictures and in our memories that beauty and vitality.  Ali is forever young and unlike us, will never worry about growing old and running out of time.

And the ACLU, the infamously liberal and pro-choice in abortion matters rejoiced and claimed victory.  The evil dictator Mao Zhedong once said, "whatever the enemy wants, we oppose" 

As a Christian, I know that we must never embrace death, but always embrace life.

Michael Savage said, "Michael Schiavo is a ghoul."  A friend said, "Maybe he's just a really stupid person."

The LA TIMES a left newspaper supported Michael Schiavo's claim that he REALLY REALLY REALLY loved her.  That leaves me with questions.  If he really loved her, why did he let her die so cruelly?  He wouldn't even let her drink water.  Even Sudam Hussein and criminals are fed and giving water to drink.  She is innocent.  Why did he forbid her parents to be with her in her final hours?  At her regular communion, why did he forbid her from taking the bread  (we all know that it's not really a loaf of bread) and the cup? I know, because no food or water was to be given to her at all.  Not even a drop.  Now that ANGERS me.  I do not believe he loved her.  Michael Schiavo can say anything he wants and maybe he did love her once, a long time ago, but not anytime after he found his new family and certainly not now.  If Terri would like to die if she was conscious of what was going on, would she have liked her husband being with a woman and having kids with her while still being married?  After he started his new family with a new woman, he should not have the right to decide Terri's life.  Maybe things were tangled in legal matters but morally and emotionally, to me, it things were clear. 

I believe God gave humans the intelligence to create artificial intelligence and life preserving machines for people to live.  If God really wanted her to die, she would die naturally.  NOT cruelly by starving and suffering.  God is a God of life and not death. 

I will always choose life. 

I had an interesting winter vacation.  Well, it isn't over but I'm taking winter session from now until the 20th and I start work next week, so basically it is.  S is gone along with his brother and his cousins until tomorrow.  They are in Tennessee for a Passion conference, and here I am at home with a very bad, scared, and nervous feeling.  I am so scared and restless.

Anyway, I'm doing all I can to calm myself and take my mind off this feeling.  I just got a new digital camera.  It's so small and cute.  I love it.  I just need to buy a bigger memory card in order to take pictures at all since the current one is way too small.  I also got a new laptop.  It's very small as well. 

When I get my new memory card and start taking pictures, a friend of my suggested that I start a photo blog.  I probably will.  Yet, as those of you who actually read my xanga know, I will probably not update it too frequently.  Well, you might be wrong.  It's a new year, things change!

I have so much reading to do for my winter class.  I'm taking Marriage and Family Relations.  It's so interesting.  By the way, yes, it fulfills my upper division GE and major elective requirements so that's why I'm taking it.  It's a whooping 4 hours long four days a week and requires a reading of seven chapters per week. 

I got really sick and maybe even almost died.  My advice to you is to listen to your mother. 

Uncle J once told us an anecdote.  A cake mix company came out with a cake mix that was so easy.  All anyone had to do was add water.  It didn't sell well because people could not believe in something that was so simple.  They wanted to add something to it.  The company then came out with a new cake mix.  All anyone had to do was add water and add an egg.  It did much better. 

Dear Lord,

Your love and your salvation is so easy to obtain and so simple.  It is made of pure grace and mercy.  Father, you gave me your forgivness but it's so hard for me to accept.  I still feel my sin is a wall between us.  I want you closer to me than my own skin and my own self.  I accept, Lord, with my life in your hands.  Please have mercy on me.    Father, your love is so amazing.  You are the only one that is unconditional and unfailing.  I can never thank you enough.  I can never make it up to you, but it's ok.  Lord, you comfort me, you give me peace and you are the only one that matters to me.  In the big picture, you are truly the only one that truly loves me unconditionally.  I am so afraid for I am one full of sin, deceit, and lies.  I am dirty.  I am humbled, I am shaken, I am changed.  Lord, you have changed me.  I fall to my feet, let me put myself in the last place.  Lord, fill me with your words and your fellowship.  I need your fellowship everyday.  I need to you rock me to sleep in your loving arms.  I need you to carry me throughout the day through difficulties.  I need you to cry on your shoulder and I need you so I can rejoice and worship; that is what I was created for.  Lord, I shout to the world:  I am clean in Jesus.

(It's the most freezing October!  It rained and pour this week and last week.  So Lily asked me for an extra umbrella.  I gladly gave her my purple umbrella.)

On a sunny day, he gave me an umbrella.  It was long and slender, purple and clear.  How beautiful it was when opened and spreading its purple spotlight over me.  "It's nothing; it was only one dollar at Little Tokyo.  I know you like the color purple.  Make sure you know it's nothing for you to think special of." 

I loved it, but seldom used it.  I found it cumbersome to carry around.  Then it broke and I fixed it and dumped it in the back of my trunk.

On a happy, rainy day, I accidentally took HIS umbrella.  "Keep it so you won't get wet at school or work.  I have another of the same one," HE said.    It is a black, small, fold-up umbrella.  It isn't anything special, no one looks at me, I blend into the crowd.  But I keep it in the front of my car to protect me whenever it rains.  It is convenient and practical.  It is the best kind of umbrella.  It never broke or got stolen. 

I gave away the purple umbrella to someone who needed it more.  I have a better one, anyway......AND.....This has been the best analysis of my life so far.
